Video tutorial on how to create a new sales pipeline stages
Sales pipeline stages represent each step a prospect takes through your sales process, from becoming a lead to becoming a customer.
1. To create a new pipeline stage for a pipeline, go to Settings and click on CRM Settings.
2. From the CRM Settings go to Pipeline Stages tab.
3. Choose the Pipeline for which you want to add a Pipeline Stage.
4. Enter the new Pipeline stage name, and click on save.
5. The new pipeline stage will be created, and you will be able to see all the stages created in the list below.
6. Now that you have created stages for the pipeline, you can go to CRM, click on deals and see the pipeline and its stages.
You can create deals and move deals through different stages in the pipeline.
