How to turn on chat/messaging with clients

You can chat or start a conversation with your client but you need to turn this on from the settings. 

To turn on chat with clients go to Settings - Chat Settings

There are two options here. 

  1. Allow chat between client and admin: Turn this option on to allow the messages and chat between admin and clients. After you turn this on clients will be able to see your messages in Client Portal.
  2. Allow chat between client and employees : Turn this option on if you want to give your team access to client chat. After you turn this option on your team will be able to collaborate with your clients.
