How to convert contact to a prospect

You can easily convert contact to a prospect by following the steps given below:

1. Go to the 'CRM' and then click 'Contacts' on the toolbar.

2. On the new page you will find a list of contacts. Open the 3 dots menu of a contact which you want to convert into a prospect.

3. Then click on ' Convert To Prospect' to complete the action.
