Integrating Agiled with Freshbooks

How to integrate with Freshbooks?

Freshbooks is a famous invoicing and accounting platform and Agiled integrates with Freshbooks to import Invoice, Estimates, Expense, Payments and Clients from Freshbooks to Agiled.

To integrate Agiled with Freshbooks go to Settings - Integrations. 

Agiled uses OAUTH to connect to your Freshbooks account so when you click on Integrate Now on Freshbooks integration, it will take you to Freshbooks to authorize your account as shown in the picture below. 

Authorize your account and your Agiled integration will be activated and it will take you back to Freshbook settings in Agiled.

Note : If you are using custom domain in Agiled and want to use Integrations which are using OAUTH you should login from https://my.agiled.app otherwise Freshbooks or other apps using OAUTH will not authorize the integration.

Sync Clients From Freshbooks

To import or sync clients from Freshbooks go to Freshbooks settings in Agiled and go to Sync Clients From Freshbooks settings. 

Choose if you want to sync all clients from Freshbooks or clients added on a specific date.

Note: Sync is not automated. We are working on automated sync. You have to sync data from Freshbooks by manually clicking the button. Duplicate records are automatically discarded by Agiled.

Agiled will import clients from Freshbooks according to your settings.

Sync Invoices from Freshbooks

This feature can be used to import invoices from Freshbooks to Agiled. To sync invoices from Freshbooks to Agiled to Freshbooks Integration settings in Agiled and go to Sync Invoices from Freshbooks  choose if you want to import all invoices or invoices for a specific date and click Sync.

Agiled will import/sync invoices from Freshbooks according to your settings and you can see imported invoices in Finance- Invoices. 

Sync Estimates from Freshbooks

Use this feature to sync/import Estimates from Freshbooks. To import Estimates from Freshbooks go to Freshbooks Integration settings in Agiled and go to   Sync Invoices from Freshbooks settings.

Choose if you want to import/sync all Estimates or if you want to import Estimates for a specific date and click Sync. 

Agiled will sync/import Estimates from Freshbooks to Agiled according to your settings.

Sync Expenses from Freshbooks

To import/sync expenses from Freshbooks go to Freshbooks integrations in Agiled and go to Sync Expenses from Freshbooks settings.

Choose if you want to import all expenses or expenses recorded on a specific date. 

Agiled will import/sync expenses according to your settings from Freshbooks.

Sync Payments from Freshbooks

You can sync/import payments from your Freshbooks account into Agiled. To sync payments from Freshbooks go to Freshbooks integrations settings in Agiled and scroll down to Sync Payments from Freshbooks  setting. 

Choose if you want to import all the payments or payments for a specific date.

This will import/sync payments from your Freshbooks account to Agiled according to your settings.
