Creating Estimates
How to create Estimate/Quote ?
You can send professional estimates or quotes to your customers to get their approval and close more deals.
To create an estimate in Agiled go to Finance - Estimates and click on the Add button.
It will take you to the create estimate screen.
Follow the steps given below to create an estimate
- Add Estimate number (Number is automatically generated but you can enter any number you like).
- Choose Client from the drop down.
- Enter a date to which Estimate will be valid
- Choose Currency for the Estimate.
- Click on the Products and choose already saved products and all the information will be automatically pulled for you.
- Or add item details manually.
- Add Quantity of the product.
- Add taxes from the already saved settings for items or create new tax settings.
- Add as many items as you want.
- Add any discount you want to give to your customer.
- Add notes for the customer ( Notes can contain payment terms, bank details or other information for your customer)
- Click Save & Send Email.
- Estimate will be created and it will be sent to your customer via email for approval.
