Creating Estimates

How to create Estimate/Quote ?

You can send professional estimates or quotes to your customers to get their approval and close more deals. 

To create an estimate in Agiled go to Finance - Estimates and click on the Add button.

It will take you to the create estimate screen. 

Follow the steps given below to create an estimate

  1. Add Estimate number (Number is automatically generated but you can enter any number you like).
  2. Choose Client from the drop down.
  3. Enter a date to which Estimate will be valid
  4. Choose Currency for the Estimate.
  5. Click on the Products and choose already saved products and all the information will be automatically pulled for you.
  6. Or add item details manually.
  7. Add Quantity of the product.
  8. Add taxes from the already saved settings  for items or create new tax settings.
  9. Add as many items as you want.
  10. Add any discount you want to give to your customer.
  11. Add notes  for the customer ( Notes can contain payment terms, bank details or other information for your customer)
  12. Click Save & Send Email.
  13. Estimate will be created and it will be sent to your customer via email for approval.
