Connecting Your Email With CRM

You can connect your email account with Agiled to send one-to-one emails from the CRM to the Contacts and log replies. 

By connecting your personal email with Agiled, you are giving Agiled permission to send emails to your contact using your company’s server. 

To connect a personal email with Agiled

  • You must Admin Permissions on Agiled. 
  • A personal email should be unique to your user and not used by anyone else on your team. It should be the email address you typically use to send emails to your contacts, such as your company email address.
  • Confirm which email provider your email address is hosted with, then follow the instructions to connect to Agiled with that provider. You can ask your IT department, or you can use MxToolbox to look up your email domain's email service provider.

Connect Your Gsuite/ Google Workspace Account : 

You can connect your Google Workspace or Gsuite account with Agiled to send one-to-one emails from the CRM to your Contacts and Log their replies. 

To connect your Gsuite account with Agiled, you have to white list Agiled in Gsuite

After you have whitelisted Agiled in Gsuite, follow the steps given below to connect the Gsuite account. 

  • Go to Settings. 
  • Click on Integrations. 
  • Scroll down and click on Email Connections. 
  • Click on Connect Email.
  • Under the Gsuite icon, click the button Integrate Now. 

  • It will take you to the Google Authentication page where you can authenticate the Agiled.app to connect with your account. 
  • Read through what to expect when you connect your Gsuite account with Agiled. 

  • Click on Allow button to connect Agiled with Gsuite. 
  • You will be redirected back to the settings page. 

After you have connected your account, you can go to CRM  to send emails from this Gsuite and Log replies. 

Connect your Office 365 Email Account. 

  • In your Agiled account, go to Settings. 
  • Click on Integrations. 
  • Scroll down and click on Email Connections. 
  • Click on Connect Email.
  • Under the Office 365 icon click on Integrate Now. 

  • You will be taken to Office 365 authentication page. 
  • Read what to expect when you are connecting your Office 365 account with Agiled. 
  • Click on the Yes button. 
  • Your email account will be connected.
  • You will be redirected back to the Agiled settings page. 

Connect your email via IMAP. 

To connect your email account using IMAP

  • Go to Settings. 
  • Click on Integrations. 
  • Click on Email Connections. 
  • Click on Connect Email. 
  • From the popup, click on Integrate Now button under IMAP. 

  • Add your IMAP and SMTP details.

  • Click on Connect button. 

Your account will be connected. 

To get your IMAP details, please get in touch with your email provider. 

Please note that if you have two-factor authentication enabled on your email, you might need an Application Password or 3rd Party App Password to connect your IMAP.
