How to add a Follow Up for a Contact?

Following up with your leads and contacts is very important and Agiled gives you an easy way to do that. You can add follow-ups for your clients, leads, and prospects.
1. To add a follow-up for contact go to CRM and click on contacts, click on the contact to add the follow-up.
2. From the contact details screen go to the tab and click on Add Followup button.
3. In the add follow-up popup. Add the follow-up date, enter the follow-up description and details, and click on the Save button.
Follow-up will be added, and you will be able to keep track of all the follow-ups you add for this contact in the Follow-up tab.
